What a wonderful florist to deal with. What you order is exactly like the photo. They send you a photo of the flowers before they send them. Have ordered a number of times with this florist and can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Urban Flower! They are hands down the best arrangements I ordered and wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with more in the future. The whole experience is great, easy to order and they communicate every step of the way. Even send you a picture of the arrangement right before delivery! Which I will say looks just as good as their website. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Update (resolved): The business contacted me after I posted this review and sent a replacement orchid free of charge, which arrived in healthy condition. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and resolve the issue. — Original review — I ordered an orchid on Wednesday morning, December 10, 2025. Within a few hours, I received a text message with a photo showing that my order had been prepared and was ready to be shipped. This level of communication was very promising and not something you often see. The plant was delivered before noon to my wife’s shop. Unfortunately, the following day (Thursday), we found that two flowers had already fallen off. By Sunday morning, the plant looked very unhealthy: one of the two stems had turned yellowish and appeared close to dying. When we touched the leaves, they simply fell off, as if they were no longer attached. I sent a text message with a video and two photos explaining the situation but received no reply. Two days later, on Tuesday, I followed up asking for feedback, and I’m still waiting for a response. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to the condition of the plant and the absence of any after-sales support.
