The folks at Canine Crews are terrific. I rescued my dog and he had terrible separation anxiety at first. Canine Crews came to the rescue. He is more comfortable with me leaving now, thanks to them.

We love Canine Crews! Our dog, Haiku, attends daycare with Canine Crews 2-3x/month and just recently spent 2 weeks in their boarding care while we were on vacation (photos attached)! They provided updates and pictures whenever I asked for one (almost every day), let me know if there were any issues (runny stool, etc.), and even accommodated Haiku’s sleeping arrangements as he was having kennel anxiety by moving him to the small dog play room overnight so he was more comfortable, and at no extra charge! They also gave him a complimentary bath before we picked him up. The staff at Canine Crews is great and Haiku made so many friends while he stayed there. I will note that their online web portal is not often referenced by the staff, so upon drop off, make sure that everything booked and further details is relayed to the employee to write on the white board (especially add ons like solo walks, medication and feeding needs, etc.). Also be sure to ask for an itemized receipt in case something was charged incorrectly. Thank you, Canine Crews!

I’ve been looking for a daycare that is within walking distance of my home and my good friend recommended Canine Crews. From uploading all the proper documents to setting the trial day, everything was super easy. I love how thorough they were with explaining how the trial day went to also calling me to letting me know how my dog was doing. I was so happy with their service and now we found our daycare! My big boy was so tired he slept peacefully and snored through the night. Great staff, friendly people and clean environment. 10/10!

I've been sending my dogs (Morris (2006 - 2019) and now, Chiclet (2021), to Canine Crews for regular 5-day a week daycare since 2007. I'm as loyal to Canine Crews them as they have been to us and our beloved pets and provide excellent, quality care in a wonderful, caring and very safe environment. The service we and Chiclet get is very personalized and they really know her and her peccadilloes. They are proactive in notifying us if Chiclet seems out of sorts or if she's not her usual rambunctious self. Other friends that send their dogs there have also experienced the same from Canine Crews staff. Though there might be many dogs in daycare on any given day, the staffing is at such a level that each of us feels as though our pet's are their only/primary focus. The care the staff demonstrates is unique in an industry that has very high turnover. Canine Crews is the exception, where many of the employees have been there for many, many years (unlike many other doggie daycare centers (which seem to have a revolving door of staff), which is indicative of a workplace that values its employees as much as its customers. In 17 years of being a customer, there is no other place I'd send my Chiclet for daycare or boarding, they are simply the best. This is demonstrated nearly every weekday morning as Chiclet can't wait to head to daycare and evening when we pick her up in the evening and though happy to be home, she's sufficiently tired and well exercised such that we know she had yet another great day at Canine Crews with the staff and her many 4-legged friends. I can't recommend Canine Crews highly enough.
