My husband and I just enjoyed a couple’s massage here and it was the best massage of our lives. My masseuse was Josmar and he was absolutely phenomenal. I was in a lot of pain from all of the walking we had been doing on the strip for the last two weeks, but I left that massage feeling like I had a new back and brand new pair of legs. Josmar was so thorough. My husband doesn’t recall his masseuse’s name but she was wonderful as well. He’s a bodybuilder and said his pain was all gone and today was his back day. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We’ll definitely be doing this again.
My experience at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness inside The Venetian (Las Vegas) was disappointing for the price point. The staff was genuinely kind and accommodating on the phone, and both therapists were polite, professional with draping, and explained everything clearly. We visited on two separate days. The first day we booked the 100-minute Couples Retreat ($779 + tax with an automatic 20% gratuity). The couples ritual room is cozy and the exfoliation + scalp portion was enjoyable, but the pacing felt off. A good amount of time is spent showering and soaking. The bigger issue was that they drained the large tub during the massage portion, and the drain noise was extremely loud and lasted roughly 15 - 25 minutes. It disrupted the relaxation so much that it felt like we were nearly half way thru the massage before it finally stopped. Before our treatment, I also noticed the co-ed jacuzzi area was not clean (little balls of hair/fuzz were floating in the water), so we didn’t feel comfortable using the amenities afterward. The steam and salt rooms were pleasant, and the locker room was tidy with helpful attendants. Refreshments were very limited (tea and cucumber water only), and the spa restaurant closed early, so we couldn’t grab food on-site after services. The second day was a 100-minute couples massage ($798 + tax with the same automatic 20% gratuity). My therapist asked what areas to focus on (neck/shoulders), but I didn’t notice extra attention there. Overall, the massages felt less skilled than other spas I’ve been to that cost the same or less. I wouldn’t return at these luxury prices unless the cleanliness and overall experience were much better.
When I booked services at the Canyon spa there was no mention of it being under construction and so.e the nor.al amenities would not be available buy yet i paid full price for both my wife and I. The person that greeted us had a really hard time and kept repeating our services and really lack the skills like the other two tbat were helping other guest which added to the frustration. It was a huge disappointment to have the coed facilities that doesn't provide the a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The bathroom were timy and not enough for all the customers like before. I realize its under construction but at least let people k ow when you are booking so we can select other locations so we can hace a better experince. Moving on to.my deep tissue massage. My massuse tried to get me to go from a deep tissue massage to a sweedish massage but I wanted a deep tissues to address tbe knots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back, but instead she gave e a sweedish massage that did not do anything to address the areas mentioned. Me and my wide have been to the Canyon Ranch Spa about 6 times and each time it has been enjoyable and relaxing but this time from the checking process to the facilities being under construction causing some if the amenities to not be availabld and coed and that was not known at the time of booking. Tso with that and the massge I received made the whole experience bad. Who knew you have to call to see if the place was under construction before you book. If I canceled led right when they told me they were under construction I would ha e been charged so we went along and did it but wow it was the worst experince and not expected for a pla e we enjoyed In the past. I spent over $200 plus fees for and bad massage where there was no deep massage pressure and not even medium pressure applied and was a huge disappointment t to the point I could not wait for it to be over. The pedicure was the best part of the whole booking but but overall it was not enjoyable and for as much money as I spent it was definitely not worth it and will in the future make me concider other locations. My wife's massage she said was good but the whole coed thing was not a good experince for her either and mentioned you have men just starring at the women and so you cannot really relax. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an exceptional experience at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. My massage with David was outstanding. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and intuitive — the kind of therapist who truly understands the body and tailors the session to your needs. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and balanced. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and restorative. This was exactly the level of care and quality I was hoping for. Highly recommend, and I will absolutely be back — especially to book with David again.
My nail tech was wonderful none of this is related to her! Here for a friend’s wedding, I booked the express nail service because it is advertised as a fast 25 minute manicure. After the manicure was finished, I was informed that there are no nail dryers in the entire salon. The manicure was already ridiculously expensive, and I only purchased the manicure to have spa access. So I now have to sit for over an hour instead of a quick process if the salon had dryers (like every salon I have ever been to). Respectfully, I just wish this was advertised beforehand because I would not have purchased the service. When I approached the person working at the desk, they were flippant and couldn’t help with a discount. I would avoid if you are looking for a quick mani in conjunction with spa services
