We one again ( 3rd time) worked with Yaser Khan at Cap City Lending for our recent mortgage loan. He is helpful, courteous, and always timely and professional. He worked very hard to get the best interest rate available. We shopped around, and he was able to get us a better rate than anywhere else! He always on top of paperwork, and is amazingly organized. He guided us every step of the way, and it's been a true pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend Yaser Khan and Cap City Lending, if you are looking for a mortgage loan. A++

This is the first review I have ever posted for anyone in a professional capacity. As a Realtor, and Real Estate Investor, I have to say that Yaser Khan is the best I have encountered in this business. I was referred to Yaser by my children who previously did their loans with him, and they were very satisfied. I had a difficult case, and didn't think any lender would touch it. Well, Yaser took on the challenge, and was able to close the deal effortlessly, and with the best interest rate ever. I was able to speak to Yaser any time of the day or weekends without any issues. He is professional, honest, "responsive", and extremely knowledgeable. Yaser deserves more stars, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but I can only give him a maximum of (5). :}

My wife and I have used Yaser Khan multiple times over the past several years for refinancing and once for the purchase of a second home. He's very knowledgeable and always gives great advice as to what the interest rate environment looks like and what made sense for our situation. He's always been very responsive to our questions and delivers on his promise! Would definitely recommend Yaser and Capital City
