I requested a consultation and immediately got a call from Natalia herself. She was kind enough to pre-consult me without charge to determine if I was actually in need of a lawyer, which obviously meant I berated her with a bunch of questions. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. She told me I didn't in fact require her services but to come to her if I ever did! Which I 100% will. Thank you, Natalia! You eased my anxiety. I hope I never need your services, but I'll be sure to call you if I do ◡̈

I endorse Natalia Segermeister. With her extensive and up to date knowledge on the immigration laws, Natalia clearly explains all the options that clients may have and she always makes sure that all options are clearly understood at all times in Spanish and in English. After my positive experience and interactions with Natalia Segermeister, I would only trust and hire her to handle my immigration needs from now on. I had a negative experience with a previous immigration lawyer, which left me very apprehensive about trusting someone new. However, after contacting Natalia she immediately demonstrated that she was experienced, capable and trustworthy. I reached out to Natalia regarding a time sensitive issue. She recognized the seriousness of the situation and immediately coordinated a consultation appointment for the following day - which happened to be her day off. She was not only caring enough to meet on her own time, but she also proved to be very knowledgeable and experienced with my particular issue. She was also honest and straightforward, and took the time to carefully explain everything. Anyone who is familiar with the immigration process knows, it is a very complex, stressful and overwhelming process. Which is why Natalia’s demeanor is extremely helpful and appreciated. Along with the initial consultation, I also exchanged several e-mail and phone conversations with her, as well as had a follow up meeting with her, where she reviewed my paperwork that I had completed on my own before I submitted it for any errors. She only charged me a consultation fee for our two meetings, and nothing else. Even though I was not a true “client”, since I did not pay to retain her, she was still very quick to respond, provide her best advice and opinions, as well as give my situation the same time and attention I would have expected as any other client. For my situation, the consultation was sufficient for my needs at that time. However, I would not hesitate to retain Natalia for any future immigration matters.

My wife and I recently had a consultation with Natalia regarding an immigration petition for my wife. During the meeting Natalia was extremely helpful. She addressed all of our concerns as well as pointed out things that we should be concerned about which was great because I doubt we would have found the information on our own. Additionally, she was really patient with our many questions and dealt with moments where we might have came off as unclear very gracefully. I am truly thankful for the peace of mind that she's given us. For those out there who might need help with immigration I must recommend Natalia. The cost of the consultation was also very agreeable and the money paid goes towards the case should you choose to move on to the next step with her.
