Great company. The driver that came out to pick up my truck was fast, very personable and professional. He took great care loading and unloading my truck. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Driver got there in a decent time and got us on the road headed to destination quick, but he was falling asleep while driving. Was also not wearing his seatbelt which made me feel a lot less safe. 3 stars because the quickness, not 5 because of the falling asleep and not feeling safe.

Capitol city towing is the real deal. No lies. My driver was Melvin. He was very professional, personable, and he was at my house on time, right on the money. Chris was very professional, kind, he was very prompt. Chris made me feel safe trusting my car with him. He was very caring , he could tell I was having a hard time but he assured me my car was in good hands. He also gave me a follow-up call to let me know that my car reach it's destination safe. That was very professional and kind of him. Please know Chris is one of your best driver. Kiddos to Chris.

Outstanding service. Driver took the extra time to troubleshoot cause for my disabled vehicle. He was personable during the transport of my vehicle and went above and beyond to log my car into the after hours drop off which allowed me to go home after a hot and stressful day at work. Best service I've had over the 2 yrs of using tow service through Geico.
