I rarely write negative reviews, but after the way I was treated by the staff today, I feel very disappointed. I called ahead about replacing the glass in my car. I asked if the glass was in stock and about the price, and I was told everything was available and that I should come in. I made an appointment, arrived, and gave them my keys. A little later they told me they wouldn’t be able to replace the glass because it was a different one. The issue is that my English isn’t very good, so I called a friend to help translate. The employee repeated the information to him, he translated it to me, and while I was asking my next question so he could translate it, they already handed my keys back to me. I was waiting for the employee so my friend could ask another question, and suddenly they started aggressively telling me that I had blocked another customer’s car. In reality, the staff had parked the car that way before finishing the conversation with me. They even told the other customer that it was my fault that she couldn’t leave. That made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly pretty awful. Thank you for the service.
