Pat was a pleasure to work with. Very honest and down to earth, a breath of fresh air compared to other contractors I’ve received estimates from. Capitol Improvements beat the other quotes and I felt they took the time to do the job right without cutting corners. I did have to wait until my job was added to the schedule, but all good things are worth the wait. The support staff were also very polite and patient at all times. Pat and his team are the best I’ve seen, I’m happy to have found a great company to help me take care of my home.

Capitol Improvements built me an incredible deck with stone work underneath. The workmanship was impeccable and the team was as well. Ron Hare was incredible from the start and I knew I was in great hands from the start. The quality of material and workmanship came at an incredibly competitive price in the current market. Once the project started, Walter and his team made it happen. They were here daily for over a week and then the stone crew came in and were also great. Throughout the project, Austin kept me in the loop. Overall, a great experience and any future home project I need I will definitely reach them.

Capitol Improvements did an outstanding job on replacing the exterior trim of our home, which is three stories. Pat was great and the crew was fantastic! They were punctual, respectful, and very safety-conscious. They paused work on the extremely windy days and picked right back up without missing a beat. They kept the area clean throughout the week and left our backyard spotless when they were done. The workmanship is excellent, and the price was a great value. I already recommended them to friends. Highly recommend!

Capital Improvements installed my Beautiful roof 10 years ago on my townhouse. Mr. Pat Jewel came out personally to give me an estimate. And they did an amazing job. Fast forward I called him last week because we found a small water spot in the attic after a powerful storm. He sent Miguel to inspect the situation within a couple days, found a collar had a crack, and replaced it the same day. I highly recommend Capital Improvements for your roofing and improvement needs. They are experienced, professional, and personable. And they stand by their products.

We needed new windows in our 1948 home we purchased back in July. We received several quotes from different window companies but ultimately went with Pat and his crew at Capitol Improvements - Pat came out himself to take a look and quote us for 10 windows at a very reasonable price. We ultimately chose Capitol Improvements because they’re a family-owned business and have such great reviews. From measurement to final install, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, particularly Ivan and Melinda. Windows were installed a little over 9 weeks after measurement (they were ready right on time, but due to no fault of Capitol Improvements we had to push install a little bit). We love how the windows turned out and finally feel like our home is complete. Most importantly, our cat loves the new windows as well. We will definitely be using Capitol Improvements in the future for a new front door and possible new roof. Thank you all!
