John Veravia Google CJ Roofing did a great job in replacing the flat roof to my Capitol Hill townhouse. I met with Charlie Johnston a few weeks before deciding on going with CJ Roofing and found him friendly, personable, forthright, honest and professional in providing me advice and guidance as I was trying to determine which roofing company to use. I like the fact that he’s local, worked a lot over the many years on these historic townhouses, and is a family-owned business.
He provided me lots of guidance that ultimately led to my selection of his company. His crew led by Hugo arrived early on a Friday 7am and were done by 7pm with the entire tear down, roof prep, wood replacement, laying out the water proof base and insulation, and lastly the white bitumen roof covering. He also replaced all metal around top perimeter and did great flashing work including encasing an old unused chimney. Lastly, his crew did a complete clean up of my backyard for all reuse and materials taken out as part of the tear out. Highly recommend CJ Roofing and Charlie Johnston the owner.
