Subha was a godsend when I found her. I was on the road to my second surgery. She helped me work through my muscular-skeletal issues and helped me not just avoid surgery but reverse the damage. I can’t recommend her more highly.

I am so grateful for Subha Nagasubramanian PT! I had knee pain, for which I went to a general practitioner, Dr, then to a chiropractor, and it never went away. PT Subha fixed it!!! She took the time to meticulously diagnose it and explain to me in detail what's causing the pain. She assured me that it's an easy fix, and after a few sessions, it will be gone. She was on target. She devised a strengthening and stretching protocol for me. After the 1st couple of weeks, I felt a huge improvement. After a few months, the pain is completely gone!!! I can't recommend Subha PT enough. Not only is she masterful at her art, she is an amazing person, so cordial and personable it's a joy to see her. Thank you so much for your help Subha 🙏🏽

Subha is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever seen and also very likely in DC. She is kind and smart, works with the latest evidence-based approaches, uses a variety of techniques including dry needling, manipulation of the body, and exercises. She is willing to be responsive to the patient's needs and feedback and also has good referrals to other specialists if needed. I highly recommend her. I've been going to her for nearly 2 years now to try to get back into shape and working order from hip, knee, and foot issues... almost there!
