I had a very important printing I needed to do for a prospective client and needed a printer locally in California. Being based in Florida, this was a bit unnerving as we didn't have much time to produce, no less get the booklet printed. After a quick search online I found Capitol Printing. They are family owned since 1982. My gut told me that if they had been in business that long, the must be good at what they do. After speaking to Shelly, we reviewed my needs and she assured me they could handle the job in just 48 hours. She kept me updated on the job and sent me photos of the finished product as one of my colleagues was flying in and would collect the printed materials. Well done Capitol Printing. Capitol Printing and Copying is amazing! We called into the store requesting services for wedding menu printing and Shelly was able to fulfill our requests on an extremely short timeline. After coming into the store, Shelly presented us with several examples of wedding menus they had previously printed and we were able to select paper that was exactly what we were looking for. Shelly was very patient as we reviewed and revised our menu design multiple times to ensure the font sizes would be printed at a legible size that would fit within the measurements of the paper. We needed these menus printed within 2 days and Shelly assured us that they would be completed within this time - they were actually completed within one business day! After getting our menus printed, we inquired about another project that needed to be completed within one business day: escort cards for our wedding. Shelly dropped everything she was doing in-store to ensure we were taken care of and reassured us that they would be completed and they were! Both the wedding menus and the escort cards came out exactly how we discussed prior to them being printed and by their promised dates, which was a huge relief for us amidst all of the chaos of our wedding planning. The most important thing for us that will keep us as returning customers was the service we received. Shelly was the sweetest, most patient person we could have hoped to work with given our situation; reassuring us each step of the way and delivering on her promises. Many other businesses could have given us attitude or refused our requests, stating the timeline was too quick but Shelly was supportive from the moment we began talking to our final meeting when the menus and cards were picked up. We are very thankful to have met Shelly and got extremely fortunate to get our needs satisfied quickly. Capitol Printing and Copying deserve all of your business and will ensure all of your needs are taken care! Shelly, if you're reading this, you are the best!

Yesterday I needed a copy make and a document printed out ..I believe her name is Kerry she was so helpful gave me great customer service with a smile . I was having a rough day but she made it alot better. I will always use this location from now on . FedEx on Berryessa rd .

I needed quality printing and enlargement of an electronic file that I received from a vendor. I searched in Google and fortunately I found Capitol Printing and Copy. The owner Tom did an excellent job with the printing. He was a delight to work with and his suggestions and expertise made a tremendous difference in the final product and therefore outcome of the event. We received so many of compliments.
