Stay away from this place i called to ask a few questions they will get rude real fast..at least that was my experience with John the owner of this establishment.. he created a mess on my vehicle broke several door tabs and clips on my vehicle he tapped directly into my system splicing and cutting wires instead of using the plug and play universal wiring harness I payed for. The head-unit was 700 at his place and $400 everywhere else. Yet I still chose to pay the markup to support the establishment. In return I was lied to and robbed

I had an amazing experience at Car Audio Warehouse! The staff was super helpful and really knew their stuff. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my car. The installation was quick, clean, and professional. Prices were fair, and the service was even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality car audio and great customer service!

I’ve never done a review before, but after realizing that this has to be mentioned so people are aware on the way this establishment operates. I had a car stereo and speakers installed couple weeks ago and they charge you more than was agreed, they said need some extra parts, very poor installation (can see cable in some spots) for the price, I called to tell them about the poor installation and the guy on the phone was rude and told me to go somewhere else if not satisfied, I told him to treat better to their clients and he didn’t care. I guess that’s how they treat people after they get their money, very unprofessional. I checked other place and was quoted 25% less of what these people charged me. 👎

Ok so I have to edit my review. I was having some trouble with my new stereo system and went back to get it fixed. I found out the one year warranty was from the manufacturer, but they were happy to help fix my problem and I was back on my way listening to my music. The staff was very helpful, which is important when your not sure where to start to get something fixed. I had a problem with my AUX button and it was driving me crazy not being able to plug in my phone. They told me the only way to fix it to install new stereo. So I bought a new one and had them install. More to come. I felt the price was a little high, but considering there aren't many place that do this work, I was glad to find a place to get it fixed. So it's all relative. I'll write later to let you know how the stereo sounds.
