I had a tiny little speaker blow in my Explorer St - The tiny one right under the windshield - They had me in and out in 10 minutes and a VERY reasonable price - I’ll def be a repeat offender with the amazing service I received-
I’m a 75 year old Grandmother and I want to recognize Mark for being an outstanding sales asset to the Cars Sounds Co. I recently purchased a cash car and the seller did not tell me the car was not equipped with Sirius to my horror. I am a dog sitter and I travel many miles to work. John is the man! I took my 68 C10 to his shop because my system just didn't sound good. I thought it needed new 6.5 speakers but John looked at my setup and realized the preouts were not hooked up correctly. He and Mark fixed my wiring and tuned my amps. It sounds 100% better and they didn't sell me something that wasn't needed. Thanks for hooking me up and I'll definitely bring you more business in the future.
I had spent thousands of dollars on audio equipment in my Audi S8.. I had a nagging alternator whine (small amount). I had tried numerous things and spent hours trying to eradicate it. I stopped in and talked to John, he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help even though I had spent no money with them. With his suggestions and advice I was able to fix the issue.
