They got my new screen for my Mac book air fixed fast. Once the part came in my laptop was fixed by the end of the day. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again…but I am glad they are there for when I need them!
I was glad to get my tablet charging port fixed. My only issue (and he had a couple good reasons) was that instead of the 2 days to get it ordered (as I was out of stock) it took almost a week to get it done. Other than that it was good.
My experience here was incredible. I reached out and Josh was able to help me out. I was trying to fix our Nintendo before Christmas. Josh was super responsive and easy to work with. My Nintendo did not have any immediate fix but they were very honest along the way and still tried their hardest. I will be definitely coming back in the future.
Excellent service. Diagnosed my problem and made small adjustment for free. Said if fix did not last to call and they would order part for my Samsung S21. Gave cost estimate. Highly recommend.
I have used CPR Cell Phone Repair many many times before and they have been SPOT ON! This time around, my back cover was coming off and Josh took and quick look and said what needs to be fixed and come back in 10 - 15 min. Returned to pick it up and Josh handed it to me and said NO CHARGE. Come back and see me. I tried to lay down some money but he picked it right up and said I who you are n I will see you again. Unbelievable!!!! KUDOS to Josh n his Service. God Bless and God Be With Him!
