This is my go to car wash! I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and my car always comes out spotless inside and out. You can really tell they take pride in their work with the quality and consistency, which keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

Been coming to Tommy’s for 5 years. Found it traveling for work. I always stop by when I’m in the area. I love that Tommy is on site. Amazing staff. Professional and hospitable. Besrat is a staple of the establishment with 7 years of service! Such a beautiful soul! Try her herbal tea, or marinade! Come enjoy a beverage while your vehicle is detailed.

Wow! We’d leave Tommy Terrific’s Car Wash in Plano, Texas 10 stars if we could. They’re that great. We feel like we’ve tried every car wash within 15 or so miles of us, and they can't compare to how thankful and happy we are to have found Tommy Terrific’s. This place is CLEAN, from the exterior to the interior areas and even the restrooms. We joked that the place is cleaner than any restaurant we’ve been to. Tommy’s is not a small place so you have plenty of space to spread out and wait, whether it's in the comfy cushioned chairs, the stools, etc. The wifi is solid, and there are large TVs as well as music playing at a comfortable level. There's a great refrigerated section where you can select from quite a few cold items to eat or drink. There's a center island where you pay for things (including your car wash) and there is a small selection of candy available for purchase. The woman who assisted me was very nice, personable, helpful, and professional. Every employee we had contact with was professional, cheerful, helpful, and nice regardless of their roles. As for the services, we chose a hand wash that includes the car interior for $75 and added an extra tire cleaning/treatment for $20 which was $95 total. You can see your car at every point in the process, regardless of whether or not you’re waiting outside or inside. Our car was handled with care at every step in the process. In the end, our car was absolutelyperfect. There wasn't anything wrong or imperfect anywhere on or in the car. We took a bunch of pics (and a vid) so you can see for yourself. For us, we’re thrilled that we now have a terrific and reasonably priced place to take our cars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tommy’s was recommended by my neighbors. I’m honestly blown away. I’ve had full details that took hours that were this good, but never a mini detail like this! My car is as clean as it is after a full detail and it took less than an hour. I’m adding before & after photos so you can understand what they accomplished in 40 minutes this morning!

First time here, and unfortunately not the best experience. My front plate was bent, and the car was still wet and leaking water after the wash. The drying service was poor. No one explained the different packages or services available. I came here to avoid the typical car wash machines, but in the end, my car was washed the same way. My plan was to have it hand washed, but since no one explained anything, I didn't know where I was going until I was already in the tunnel. Response to the owner: I went last Saturday 08/16 in a black RAV4.
