HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Be Careful who you do business with I was on the phone with another gentlemen 2 days ago and we already discussed me bringing back my device for a refund I just didn’t have time for it or a setup for this pc and this big tattooed guy didn’t believe me that I only used it a couple times tried telling me it was brand new it wasn’t brand new he didn’t even sell it to me it was two other guys who did . I bought it used but all he did was want to argue and then he proceeded to threaten me and tell me no refund get out of my store and chase me around his counter I didn’t call him any names I was telling him the truth and he didnt like it. He was shaking like he was about to hurt someone scary experience horrible customer service I liked this store now I feel like I can’t even come here anymore. He told me it was personal why he didn’t wanna help me, told him didn’t mean to come off a wrong way and then started saying I’m playing victim when I drove over 2 hours to come back i was on my way to a funeral as well and I told him that and that we were both probably having a rough day then his response was I don’t care if my mother died yesterday I’m not helping you and proceeded to act like he was gonna do something to me

I was only going for a new screen protector and I saw Airac one of the employees that helped me before and asked if he could help me again and he was more than glad to help me out and offer his services he was quick fast and cheap come this store to get all your electronic needs felt with .5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My s25 Ultra Screen Protector was cracked. This repair shop was highly rated. I called ahead to be certain they had a replacement screen protection for my model. They not only had an original screen protector I on cover, they had a second side viewing protection cover..! I selected the original cover, and the technician Airac installed it post haste..! My phone looks great and the price was extremely reasonable..👍👍 I can see why people gives this establishment very nice reviews... I definitely recommend Wireless Wizard for your electronic equipment needs..
