Excellent treatment from Owen. He’s very professional, and knows his stuff. With him I have been relieved of a long time lower back problem. I just go to him when I can feel it’s starting to give me trouble- it’s very easy to book online. No need for extended weeks of treatment. Just one appointment required for some adjustments and then I’m fine again for several months.

I’ve been seeing Abigail Rivers at Cardiff Chiropractic for about 9 years now, and honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without her! She’s helped me manage my long-term back problems with so much care and understanding. Abigail is friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes me feel comfortable. I can be completely honest about how I’m feeling, and she listens and gives great advice as well as amazing treatments that really help. Both clinics I’ve been to—Cardiff city centre and Penylan—have always been lovely, clean, and welcoming. The team is great, and I’m looking forward to continuing at the Penylan clinic. If you’ve never been to a chiropractor before, please don’t be nervous. I was unsure at first too, but Abigail explains everything and makes sure you feel at ease.
