I first went to Optimal Wellness Centre on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did! I injured my hip 5 years ago and more recently the pain had started to get worse. I had previously seen a chiropractor and didn't think anything more could be done. Pippa listened to my symptoms and immediately helped with my hip, neck and back pain. She has given me advice on how to manage it better, and coupled with her treatment the pain has reduced. She explained everything fully and made the treatment plan work around my schedule. Angela is great at staying on top of appointment bookings and it's a lovely friendly environment at the practice. I'd highly recommend Optimal Wellness Centre to anyone looking for help with neck, back or hip pain. Thank you very much!

I was a broken, twisted specimen with a scoliosis in my spine when I started treatment with Pippa. A year later and I stand upright, friends ask if I’ve lost weight (I haven’t, but my posture has improved so that I am an inch taller). I can now do a long-ish (8-9mile) walk again, without constant lower back pain. I’m not completely pain free, but I’m nearly seventy so .., I wasn’t sure about the cost/benefit at first, but I now consider signing up with OW as one of my best investments. I would give five stars, but I guess perfection is a rare thing 😊 My partner sees Pippa too, and she reports similar improvements, albeit she was fitter than me to start with 😁

A friend suggested I try Optimal Wellness Centre for back pain I had experienced for some time...glad they did. From initial assessment to treatment I was delighted with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly service I received. For the first.time in as long as I cn remember I am pain free, overall my posture and general health is so.much better, I am able to exercise more.freely and regularly and day to day life is.much improved. As well as the excellent treatment the regular assessments and graphics showing my level.of improvement really helped.my.mindset and motivation . I would highly recommend a visit to OWC.

I booked an appointment with Optimal Wellness when I was looking for a chiropractor and they were offering a great deal for an initial assessment. I have had trouble with my back for years and, after another painful episode, decided to finally see someone. Pippa is fantastic and makes you feel very comfortable. In the assessments, everything is explained really clearly and I am able to see how much my posture and alignment has improved already. Also, no nagging or niggly pain in my back, which is fantastic. I highly recommend Optimal Wellness Centre.

I have been attending Optimal Wellness Centre since March 2021 and continue to do so. The centre was offering a free spinal health check and assessment with no further obligation. I had several health issues and was aware I needed a chiropractor to assess me. Tom was my allocated chiropractor and he immediately put me at ease. He explained his findings and how he could help me if I wished to continue with further appointments. At no time did I feel pressured into having further appointments, it was totally my decision. I decided to go ahead as I knew Tom could help me and I already trusted him. I am very glad that I did continue with appointments at the centre. The issues I was experiencing have now greatly improved and I feel so much better in general. I continue to have regular maintenance appointments at the centre as I know this is important to prevent any of the issues returning. I tend to see Jo, the practice manager, at most of my appointments and have met Jess, the receptionist, on a number of occasions. I have only met Pippa, the director, once. All the staff are very friendly, kind, caring, welcoming and helpful. In my opinion there is a mutual respect and trust between staff and clients. Therefore, from my own very positive experiences I would highly recommend Optimal Wellness Centre. Thank you all very much.
