I saw Garath after a serious concussion, and he’s been brilliant in helping me recover and safely get back to rugby. I didn’t get much support through the NHS, but Garath took great care of me throughout. I’d 100% recommend him to any sportsperson

5/5 I came in with what I thought was an injury I would never be able to fully recover from. After having my first appointment with Jack I knew I was in safe hands and that he was fully committed to my recovery. The treatment itself did not follow what people would typically associate with a physical therapist but I would plead that you keep an open mind. It’s important to understand that your recovery doesn’t stop after each appointment, you still need to put in the effort outside of your appointments to help promote healing. All of this was explained clearly and was easy to follow. After 9 appointments I can say that I’ve fully recovered and feel better than I have in years. Thank you Jack for not only helping me recover but for all the laughs we had along the way!

Luke has been great, my glute injury, which was ongoing for some time is now better! He has started working on shoulder pain that I've had for about a year and a half and I feel confident that he will help tremedously if not cure it altogether! Fingers crossed.

I did something to my back and it was so bad i could hardly get out of bed, couldn’t get dressed, very painful. I thought it would just get better but after a couple of weeks it was still as bad. i booked in to see Luke and he did an initial assessment and i was very impressed with the information he managed to give me. He booked me on a couple of days a week. Slowly i started getting my mobility back and now i think about 6 weeks in, i’ve gone from being in constant pain all day and night to being about 95% back to normal. I have a few more sessions booked so i’m sure by the end of it i will be in a much stronger position. I can’t say enough good things about Luke. He is a magician. I have a snowboarding holiday planned in January which i had virtually given up on but i’m very confident it will be perfectly fine to go now so i can’t thank Luke enough for the top class care. Would highly recommend.
