massive thank you to Helen — kindest person i’ve come across for a while! i thought maybe some friends had come in to say hello but their conversation ended in an enthusiastic ‘lovely to meet you’, to help gauge more of a picture. i popped in today to restock on a few regulars — the little tubs’ designs have changed and i struggled to find what was right in front of me. Helen was so absolutely, entirely wonderful. it’s almost shocking to come across such humanity and kindness - i think more and more, we expect strangers to be entirely nonplussed. Helen’s sincerity and kindness really, really made my day. thank you.
