I hired Dan to help me with my job search after talking to many career coaches. There are really two types of coaches: 1) coaches who help you figure out what you want and provide moral support 2) coaches who know the technical details of the job search and who can guide you through the process I was looking for more of the second, and Dan's experience as a recruiter is a great asset. I was pretty clear on what I wanted, and Dan did a great job of guiding me through the interview process.
