Joanna was amazing to work with from start to finish. We found her because our venue was the Como Conservatory and her photos are used on their site, so we knew she'd be familiar with the place. We also loved how her lighting and editing turned out both inside and outdoors, and she matched that soft romantic look we wanted. On our wedding day she worked above and beyond to make our day special and keep things moving according to our timeline. We had initially wanted our first look photos outside but the spot we picked was closed off due to another wedding. Joanna knew exactly where to take us that was private and equally as beautiful on the spot. It also started storming after about 30 minutes of wedding party photos and Joanna was so flexible. She managed to get plenty of photos of us within the indoor gardens that turned out beautifully.

Joanna was the perfect wedding photographer! Her attention to detail and preparedness helped us have a completely stress-free wedding day. Joanna made the whole picture-taking process extremely easy and fun. She had us fill out a complete questionnaire to make sure we got every possible picture that we would've wanted and so she knew what pictures were most important to us. After the wedding, we were shocked at how quickly she was able to get our pictures back to us. Joanna was even able to send us a specific picture just a few days after our wedding to accommodate the funeral of a loved one who attended our wedding. Carina Photographics is very professional and yet perfectly personal. I would highly recommend Joanna for any occasion, especially weddings!

I should have written this review while ago but it just goes to show that the photos and working with Joanna is not easily forgotten. I worked with Carina Photographics a couple of years ago on a wedding and the photos from that wedding are still commented about to this date from couples looking for a wedding photographer. I definitely hope we get the chance to work together again because Joanna is great!

Joanna was incredible! She photographed our engagement photos and wedding day. We loved working with her and met with her numerous times before the big day which helped us ensure we had everything mapped out. Her photo planning sheet helped us think about the photos we wouldn’t want to miss! Our photos turned out amazing and Joanna captured everything we were looking for! She was very professional and easy to work with. Not to mention, Joanna has many unique photo printing options like wedding books or wall art. I’d highly recommend working with a Joanna for your wedding day!
