Lori and Jessi have great customer service and made me feel welcomed and were quick to help me when I rushed back to find my wallet. They immediately looked at cameras and assured me that they’d help me even look though my car. This experience was definitely heartwarming that they assured to help me 100% and stressed as if it was their wallet. I appreciate that so much they made me feel safe and I did end up finding my wallet. ❤️

Drove up to the S. Port n Gollihar location, was greeted by greeter Daniel Ortiz. What a lovely young man. Very helpful. Didn't get the other young mans name that guided me thru the wash cycle, he as well was very friendly. After my wash I was vacuuming noticed Daniel and other young man as they were changing out trash bags and cleaning areas were also checking on the customers, me as well and asked if I needed any help. Not many company employees seem to care about the clients but these two individuals did. Seemed very happy to be a part of the GO Car Wash franchise. I only got the $11 dollar wash, simply because I don't go out much. The wash was worth every penny! Great job! Thank you 😊 Will DEFINITELY be going again!

Daniel Ortiz at the AYERS location n Corpus Christi has been amazing. He has answered all my questions from the beginning. He is always ready and willing to help or answer any question. One of the nicest fellas I have ever met. Aside from this I brought up why do some locations only use the scrubber on the windows while others do a once over on the bumper, front end and rear of the vehicle. He said different locations do things differently. I am assuming due to management requirements. He is very knowledgeable and answered honestly.

LOVE the energy of the employees here, especially Mr, Ortiz, he's always super positive and willing to help! The car wash membership is affordable and depending on your driving, you could save money. Free vacuums are a plus they even have free towels for you to dry your car after getting clean. Overall as everyone has said, they're awesome

Thank you so much to Isaiah for being so helpful! He took time out of his day to make sure I had a great experience. Even when the soap fell on me he apologized for the mishap and helped me clean up. I will definitely go back here just because this young man was so welcoming and helpful and on his first day! I will recommend this car wash to people because I know with employees like him there they will have a great experience! Thank you so much to a hard working young man that made my car washing experience amazing!
