Great car wash! The attendants are always there to help! My plate doesn't register in their system because it's the extra colorful one. Vacuums always plenty suction to clean all that gross old food that fell in the cracks of doom!

I’ve been a member since the opening and was initially impressed with the staff, even writing a positive review months ago. Since then, high staff turnover and poor management have led to a decline. Today, tried to use a 50% coupon with no expiration given to me and a manager i dont recognize was rude and refused to honor it. Where is Alex? Customer service is now poor, and this business obviously no longer values its members. Sorry I drove 16 minutes out of my way today, after church, to not be accommodated or appreciated. I will not be renewing my membership or recommending Carlos Car Wash. Lots and lots of car washes to choose from.
