Absolutely rude and awful customer service do not go here there are so many other options in colorado springs. My fiancé went in to get a car detailed we had an estimate of $150 upon arriving he doubled the price when asked about it he stated it was for pet hair in the car. Ok totally get it but he got very aggressive and basically said to my fiancé if I don't do a good job people like you will post pictures and make me look bad automatically assuming we were gong to complain and give him a bad rating. Well he was wrong we never leave reviews for something like that. But we will definitely leave a review when you are aggressive raising your voice for absolutely no reason and treating people badly. Shame on your sir I hope you are happy with yourself and feel like a big person. We will never go back and let ever

I wanted to surprise my husband with a full truck detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were able to get me in right away and completed everything within my timeline, which allowed me to keep working during the day without any disruption. With two corgis, we had a lot of pet hair to deal with—but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The truck looks brand new. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a gift card for my dad as well. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and made the whole experience feel comfortable—like visiting your favorite uncle. Highly recommend!

We brought in our 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Saturday. We are trying to sell it and needed it to look like new. It was fairly dirty, but the main problem was a ton of dog hair everywhere. This type of vehicle is extremely hard to clean as the carpeting is not well adhered, so it is difficult to use powerful vacuum tools. They actually had to pull the backseat in order to get to the stubborn dog care. I loved the fact that it was a family business. The girls were amazing!!! They generally close at 2:00 on Saturday, but everyone stayed until 5:00 to get our vehicle done. It looks like a brand-new vehicle, inside and out. I think the resale value will be greatly enhanced due to the appearance. They did such an amazing job that we are going to bring our other vehicles in as well. I researched many options and was so glad that I arrived at this one. My wife and I would both recommend Uno over any service that we have ever used. The price was extremely fair for the amount of work that they did.
