First time there. Great spot for a reasonably priced oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Comfortable waiting area and polite, knowledgeable and honest staff.

Normally, I have great service at this location, but my last visit left me very dismay. I noticed that the service was extremely quick. However, I initially felt they took extra measures to get my vehicle in and out, but once I got in my vehicle, I noticed signs that it had been a rush job. The 1st indication was that my vehicle had not been vacuumed inside as noted on the checklist on the paperwork. I quickly dismissed the oversight and just did it myself before leaving the area. Unfortunately, later in doing a routine check on my oil level, I noticed that in my vehicles dip stick reflect that my oil was extremely dark, especially for the short time period after the oil change. I now wonder what was truly completed. I feel things were not performed to the detail noted. However, I can't be 100% sure. I do realize every business can have a bad day. This location has given good service in the past. I, therefore, will be sure to check matter closer and especially check the oil & oil filter before leaving on my next visit. One last note, on my last two visits: the auto car wash appears to have distributed dirt on two different vehicles I brought there to wash. It's clear that it's time to change out the cleaning clothes/belts sweeping the cars because there was actually mudd transferred on a white vehicle we brought in so we came back directly to show the tech issue and they offer a refund or to go through again. We took the refund. On my next visit, my vehicle displayed dirt that was not present before the wash. Please change out your cleaning belts. Thank you.

The oil change was great as usual, however the car wash was not good. The smell was of mold the entire wash which caused me to start sneezing. Y'all need to change your scrubbers or something. Won’t use them again, even with the free coupon!
