I had a very ugly divorce case that involved complicated property (stock options) and a tough custody battle. Unfortunately, Bradly Carlson seemed more interested in winning for his ego than actually protecting my interests. Mr Carlson did not actually come in late in the case and spent tremendous amounts of my money preparing 1000 pages of exhibits and deposing many witnesses most of which were not used. He advertised the cost savings in using his younger associates but then charged me for reviewing their work at his full rate. After I paid him nearly $200k and all my retirement, I lost on nearly all counts and Bradly blamed me. Towards the end he refused to even talk to me before my hearing resulting in me being completely unprepared going into a hearing with me paying Mr Carlson to attend where I got crushed by opposing counsel resulting in me paying my ex’s lawyer fees and additional child support. In the end, I felt taken advantage of by Mr Carlson who - I think just can’t help himself in his desire to be a big powerful firm - maybe like what he sees on TV. He might be great for others - but not for me. My current lawyer has gotten much better results at a fraction of the cost.

Brad & Daniel from the very outset of my case demonstrated a solid understanding of my case and how the constitution applied to various aspects of it. Their attention to detail in exposing weaknesses in the prosecution case and in particular their failure to supply full disclosure in a timely basis were essential to the eventual plea deal that the prosecution offered and was accepted. I found Carlson Law through a friend of mine who suggested I reach out regarding counsel for my divorce. I had a tricky divorce situation where I was also going through finding out that I had been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. So needless to say I was extremely stressed.
