Highly recommend this place!! Great pricing!! Their Technicians are TOP KNOTCH!! 10- stars!! ⭐️ and extremely knowledgeable. They really do look after their customers and their customers safety! They are extremely thorough and highly Knowledgeable and professional!!!! They really know their stuff!! I wanted to especially thank my technician, Tim, and Thank You Devin, and Barry- You all are soo awesome!!! I greatly appreciate the great service!!!!!! My car has never ran so good and I mean that!! I had a great experience with Carmedix. Gia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and supported. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the people she helps. I had a great experience at Carmedix in Durham. The entire shop is welcoming, professional, and clearly cares about what they do. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. Barry, the manager — he is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in both the business and the team, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. I also want to recognize Ronnie, who has worked on my car before. Ronnie is thorough, honest, and takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. It makes a huge difference to trust the person working on your vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and patient, which made the whole experience comfortable and positive. It’s clear this is a well-run shop with a great team atmosphere. Highly recommend Carmedix to anyone looking for quality service and people who actually care.

My car was leaking oil due to poor workmanship from Jiffy Lube. Carmedix was able to diagnose the problem as well as identify other recommendations for vehicle maintenance and got me a quote within 1 hour of dropping off the vehicle. I thought their price for all the work was very reasonable. They completed an extensive amount of work and got the car back to me the same day. Their team was also very good about keeping communication open with me during the whole process. Their customer service was excellent, price was very fair, and their service was quick. My car has been doing great after the service and I'm very happy with it! I highly recommend this place!

Such super great car repair! All reviews that you can read talking about the attention, the honesty, the transparence, the great job that mechanics do, and the amazing deal that you can find here in Cardemix, are real! In my experience I took my daughter’s Subaru Impreza and the Job was Amazing they change something that other mechanic could not, also the breaks was a nice deal, the car works fantastic now, then I took my Kia Telluride and they show me honesty and transparence; they did only that my SUV needed, now it’s working like new! Of course, I highest recommended CARDEMIX!
