I am so happy with my Invisalign treatment that I completed here. I live close by so it was easy to make the follow up visits. I highly recommend getting Invisalign done here!

Avoid Carmel Mountain Dental Office — Not Client Friendly I really don’t recommend this dentist. The office is not client-friendly at all. They only communicate important notices through text messages — no phone call, no email follow-up schedule — which feels very unprofessional for a medical office. It’s disappointing that they care more about small fees than building long-term relationships. Charging $50 and losing a loyal neighborhood client says a lot about their priorities. Definitely not the kind of place that values patients or community.

We are new in town and called this clinic to reseat a crown that had recently fallen off. Unfortunately, our experience raised several serious concerns. The dentist attempted to test the crown by placing it back without any proper disinfection, which was a huge red flag for hygiene standards. The crown then fell, and I had to keep it in a napkin in my purse. At the very least, it should have been properly cleaned before testing. Instead of making a real effort to reseat it, such as cleaning off the old cement, the dentist quickly dismissed it, saying it could not be refit and that I would need a brand new crown. Since the crown was only 4 months old, insurance would not cover a replacement, leaving me to pay out of pocket. Another major concern was that this clinic does not perform root canals and only refers patients elsewhere, meaning I was told to get a referral and then return for a new crown. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of basic hygiene, minimal effort to solve the actual problem, and focus on costly procedures over patient care left me feeling that this clinic prioritizes billing over genuine treatment. I would not recommend this office.

I had a very good experience at Carmel Mountain Dental Care yesterday. Boyeon, my hygienist, provided very thorough and careful services with a friendly and assuring demeanor and she provided me with some instructions in how to better care for my teeth. She was also very helpful in providing excellent xray images to the dentist for determining future care. I will also say the greeting upon arrival at the office was also very hospitable and overall my experience at this dental practice has been very positive.
