Carmen Leal did an exceptional job selling my home at 1705–455 Beach Crescent during a really tough market. I had to sell, and she managed the process with calm confidence and precision. Her strategy was sharp, great marketing, strong online exposure, and well-run open houses. She was never pushy, always honest, and her advice was consistently on point.
