Ron and his team helped sell my 3-bedroom apartment in False Creek at a time when the market was seriously underperforming. After our listing had been active for a couple of months with good interest but no offers, they came to the table with some new ideas to help reinvigorate our listing. Shortly after re-listing we received a lot more interest which ultimately led to a successful sale. Throughout the process Ron and Jordan were very professional, provided a lot of great market insight, and worked closely with their team to ensure we were well-informed about how our listing was performing. We were very happy working with Ron and Jordan, who came recommended by a friend. We put our condo on the market at a time when things were very slow, but they brought solid market expertise and practical ideas to help our place get more traction, and it paid off. Ron Parpara was recommended to us by a neighbour-friend who was thrilled with the both the service and the results she received. When it was time to sell our investment condo, we engaged Ron and his team at eXp/Vancouver Properties Group. We could not have been happier with the entire experience. Our condo was tenanted and Ron was very respectful of our tenants’ time and space. From the day we reached out to Ron to ask if he could be our listing agent until the day we signed an offer over asking, was only two weeks in total. Ron is able to provide personalized service, yet has access to a network of industry professionals. The photographs and the virtual staging really enhanced the condo. Drone pictures provided a great snapshot of the location and surrounding parks and amenities. The laser measurements indicated more square footage than we thought, giving us the opportunity us to ask a higher price. Ron had a handyman come in to do some minor repairs around the apartment prior to the showing. Even the conveyance lawyer Ron recommended turned out to be really helpful and great to work with. The buyers’ home inspection turned up a small leak in a pipe inside a closet. The strata was responsible for the repairs that took a week to complete and were a bit more extensive than originally thought. Ron also oversaw this whole process and had a cleaning team come in afterwards to ensure the unit was spotless and ready for the new buyers. Ron is a great communicator and explained each stage of the process to make sure we were happy with every part of it. And he took care of every part of the process, taking away all the stress of selling! I can see why he has so many 5 star reviews. We highly recommend Ron Parapra and his team and would use them again if circumstances dictate.
