I had the pleasure of working with Billy. Billy was very thorough in his inspection and based on his recommendations, not only was my primary concern handled but another roofing issue as well. Him and the team was professional, completed the jobs in a timely manner, and we had an overall pleasant interaction with them. I would definitely recommend their services.

Billy and team took amazing care of me and my family. He discovered issues with my roof and skylight that went unseen and made sure they wouldn't continue to be an issue. Their work was top notch for our roof and skylight! I went as far as keeping Billy on speed dial and refer him to all my friends and family.

I would highly recommend Billy with Carolina Professional Roof Systems! We recently had the exterior of our house painted and while repairing some damaged areas prior to painting it was discovered that there was significant damage to the roof of our attached carport. Billy was recommended to us, and I'm so glad to have been given that recommendation! Billy was extremely pleasant to work with, he immediately set up a crew to come take a look at the project, and then immediately scheduled a repair date. The roof was completely repaired, the crew was wonderful, the jobsite was cleaned up, and we now have a well-built carport roof at an extremely reasonable cost and done within a week's time of the initial call! I will definitely call Billy again for any further roofing needs!

I had them do a complete roof replacement on a house we just moved into. They are probably the best and most professional company I have ever worked with. The guys showed up and worked extremely hard. They kept the area clean and even cleaned up everyday before they left. The workers were very polite and you could tell they take pride in their work. The owner came by a second time a few days later to make sure everything was done properly and there were no issues that came up in between the time they finished and his inspection. Most owners don’t even show up at the end of the job, but Billy came back and inspected the yard for trash and nails to make sure the cleanup was good and he did a thorough inspection of the roof. Absolutely amazing work! I have already hired them to do my gutters. Thanks to the entire team for an amazing job. Our roof looks better than we imaged!

We were so glad we went with Carolina Professional Roof Systems! They did a great job and we are so happy with the results! Billy, the contractor, was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and reliable. We had weather damage to our roof. The roof area is quite large, but his crew was able to identify the problem areas that were leaking inside the house behind the walls. Billy walked us through the insurance claims process and was willing to help in any way he could to ensure that any problems would be fixed. We highly recommend this company!!!
