Neil was very professional, friendly and very helpful, always available for chatting or txt. The process was easy, efficient and fast! The clean up was great! Elijah Plemmons came out to do the initial assessment of my damaged roof and gutters. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the problems in detail. I was put on the schedule immediately. The company kept me informed of every step as to when materials would be delivered and when the services would be performed. The team is respectful, very fast, and expert. They clean everything up so there is no evidence that they were there except for a beautiful new roof and gutters. When I asked questions, I received quick and complete responses. At the completion of each portion of the job, the team lead would go over the details with me and even offered recommendations going forward. I would definitely recommend Elite Roof and Solar.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Roofing (Elijah Plemmons was THE man) in Winston Salem, NC! Elijah climbed on our roof, took many photos of the problem areas and then showed me the NEW GAF TimberSteel shingle roof. WOW. Comes with a 30 year COLOR warranty, along with the 50 year warranty that guarantees protection from even hurricane force wind! Elijah is highly professional and competent and an HONEST, Born Again Believer in Jesus Christ, so I knew he is trustworthy. The crew from Elite Roofing is STELLAR! Very professional, competent and friendly group of guys. Every aspect of the project was completed as promised and without any problems. The gutter crew is also STELLAR and equally competent and even designed a system where they replaced our existing gutters that run into rain barrels, by designing removable downspouts and gave us extra length legs to install if we ever decide to remove the rain barrels! The gutter system also has a 20 YEAR NO CLOG guarantee! Can't beat that. Can't beat the quality and professionalism of Elite Roofing!

I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Solar. Elijah was my first impression of the company. He came out and gave us an estimate on our roof. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Elijah and his team did an excellent job. The communication throughout the project was great. Pricing was competitive, Elite is a member of the BBB, been in business for well over 10 years and had excellent reviews. I just cannot say enough good things about this company.
