This was my first time dealing with a car accident as a new car owner, and I honestly had no idea what to do. The team here was incredibly patient and walked me through everything step by step, especially when it came to the repair process. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my stress. The estimate was done very quickly, and the repair itself was also completed faster than I expected. They kept me updated along the way and would call to confirm details, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-organized. Most importantly, the quality of the repair is amazing! My car looks just like it did when I first got it. They also took great care of my car during the process. I have a white interior, and everything was kept very clean and well protected, which I really appreciate. Another thing is that they're certified by both Geico and Tesla.
