Took my car to Car Star to have a body repair done due to random flying debris flying my way from the HOV lane striking the driver side mirror and front of the car. These guys did a fantastic job and even matched the paint colour. They also did an additional detailing inside the car for a wonderful feel when I got my car back. That was a nice touch! Thank you!

These folks are incredible. Quality body work, prompt and courteous service, professional through and through. I wish they were also a mechanic shop I'd always bring my car in. Sometimes I write a review out of obligation, but in this case I genuinely can't recommend this CARSTAR enough. And yes, I will be going back in the future because I trust they'd have my back

This was my first experience using car star and I was very impressed. My Dealership said they wouldn’t be able to get me in for close to two weeks. These guys had the parts ordered, replaced and driving like new within four days. I also needed one extra part that the dealership did not mention however, car star was able to get the part and explain step by step what they were doing and why making the whole process of getting my car fixed less stressful. Overall very professional and high quality service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

they repaired my car the work is satisfactory but the customer service sucks .. after 3 weeks ..Sept 11..I went to check on the status of my car and I was told the parts just came in 2 days prior and my car was waiting to get started .. I informed the insurance company and was told they have an appointment to check with Carstar on Sept 18th .. on the 18th I went to check on the car again and never got any information except it was being worked on .. on the 19th the insurance company informed me they couldn't get ahold of their contact on the 18 but was told on the 19th they just got the parts in ... lie #1 they told me the parts came in on the 9th ... they said the car will be ready on Oct 8th ... On Oct 2nd I stopped by again to see if we were still on schedule, I was told the car was painted and in assembly and they were not sure if it would be ready on the 8th, as I was leaving I drove around the building and seen my car sitting at an open bay door so I stuck my head in for a quick look .. ya it was sitting there .. waiting for a trunk lid .. bumper cover tail light and the back door to be installed .. so they are not sure if they can do it in 4 days ??? so about 3 hours after I was in the building I got a call they said my car will be ready on Friday the 3rd or Monday the 6th... surprise .. it was not ready on Friday ... so having complete confidence in this place .ha ha . Monday after lunch I went to pick up my car and SUPRISE its still in assembly and they were not sure if it would be ready .. Amanda was wonderful and very helpful , unlike Mr Mackenzie , she said there was a production meeting at 12:30 and she will check on my car .. thankyou very much Amanda for caring about your customers ... I was called at 1:30 and told I can get my car at 5 yah only 7 1/2 weeks Mark K 2018 Corolla right rear damage

So glad I took my car here to get repaired. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Maxwell worked very hard to get a new door and sort out everything behind the scenes. Once I made the appointment they quickly put the door on and painted it. They did the best match I could have hoped for without the actual colour match. It looks great! I'm so impressed with the service and care that went into this! Would highly recommend!
