Just want to say thank to the Gordons team. Had to get my Dodge Journey towed to their garage December 15th; starter was finished and had a bad oil leak. This is a big job, I didn’t think they would have time before Christmas or I wouldn’t have a car for at least a week. The next day they worked all day on my car and had it ready the following morning. Tony was always updating me, and he really worked out a great price for a job that could have been way more expensive. Underneath the hood I can see how much they cleaned everything up, and the car is running great. Once again, thanks to all, I really felt they treated me professionally with a lot of respect. I will be going back for their service, Happy New Year!

A lady pays 138$ for a tire (on rims) change because the expectation of safety and excellent service is implied. Do not expect that here. 36 hours following my winter tire change.. a flat. I pumped up my tire and noticed it was installed on my front hub with a visible bubble and no mention of the problem. Careless and dangerous. Also, never received invoice/receipt by email as promised.

I’m driving my LS460 2013 when 5 lights go on my dash saying my ABS isn’t functioning and go directly to a Lexus dealership. Luckily I have a friend who’s been working for dealerships for a few decades and I call him and he says before I go do a Lexus dealership try Gordon’s, I called them immediately and had a 8am appointment for the next day. In my mind all I can think of is a minimum $1000 for this car. On arrival my car was taken in and in 10 minutes a manager comes out and says who ever installed your back breaks and they were done 2 weeks earlier never reset them. He says he’s gonna give it a computer check up and 15 minutes later he comes back with 3 pages of computer information that all the previous work done on my car was never reset and now all my problems are gone and no charge!! They just made a custom forever WOW! Gonna thank my friend for the best recommendation ever!

Finding a mechanic shop with integrity is a must. These guys are honest and own their work. Their prices are fair and their service is impeccable. Wouldn’t change this shop even if I have to drive an hour.
