My car was totaled (sad) but I had a great experience with Carstar. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and my adjuster was quick and professional. They made everything fast and painless and answered all my questions before I even asked them. I almost went to another place that the insurance suggested which had abysmal reviews (I won’t name names), and I’m so glad I switched to Carstar last minute! (Actually I will. It was Van Collision).
