Casa Copal offers a unique and welcoming energy that makes every visit feel special. I’ve attended classes with a variety of instructors and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking meaningful yoga practice and a strong sense of community.

For me, this is one of the few yoga studios in Vancouver that doesn’t feel pretentious and genuinely feels welcoming and inclusive to all kinds of people. There’s much less focus on how you look, and a lot more care for how you actually feel in your body and in the space. The teachers here are grounded, and approachable. The whole atmosphere feels humble, supportive, and much closer to what yoga is really meant to be about.
