I had such a great experience at Ritual Urban Retreat. I was running behind for my class and the team truly went out of their way (when they didn’t have to) to accommodate me. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The space itself is gorgeous and instantly calming the moment you walk in. I loved how the yoga room is set up too.Very intentional and peaceful space. I took the Candlelight Yin Yoga and Sound Journey with Carah, and she was absolutely lovely. The class was the perfect mix of deep stretch, grounding energy, and a beautiful sound journey. I left feeling so relaxed and restored. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time attending classes at Ritual for a week while visiting Vancouver. Every single class I took, Yoga, Pilates, Foundations and Sound Bath, was excellent. The atmosphere was calming, beautiful, and truly felt like a ritual to recharge and recover from a busy holiday. I also loved my Sauna and Cold Plunge experience in their cozy sauna and beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff and teachers were welcoming, knowledgeable and every class was thoughtful and effective. I can’t wait to be back next time I visit again. Highly recommend downloading their app to access class and sauna intro deals.

Finally had the chance to experience this gem! I am not local to the neighbourhood but have always heard wonderful things. What I really appreciate is the local feel and calmness. I booked on ClassPass and it was easy and they had mats and everything set up for Yin with Carah. I brought mine just incase. Also, the instructor was pleasant, grounded and interactive for such a restorative class. Their service is personalized and welcoming. I can appreciate that for someone coming in the first time. I would recommend attending if you can and support businesses like these for the future of our community!

Amazing yoga instructor Samaneh and front desk lady. Very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. The place smelt like really good essential oils and entire place is spotless. The class was guided and she made sure our forms and poses were correct. I really appreciate that in a yoga instructor. I was nervous about starting yoga since it was my 2nd class and after leaving, I felt more empowered and relaxed. Excited to come back with my partner.

I took a Thrive class with Patricia this morning. It was amazing to start the day. It covers best of both world, spiritual and exercise. I love how the class flow where it include alow and tempo with cardio in between. Im visiting from other country, really recommend to try this class. Worth the morning 🌞🎉💖
