We were transferred to CASE with our Goldendoodle as our vet needed her stabilized before attempting a surgery. We saw Dr. Cristina Winslow DVM and she was fantastic. She advised doing an ultra sound to confirm the assumed organ affected and assess the extent of the tumors. It turned out to be an excellent advice as we learned about that the issue was from another organ failing, inoperable based on the extent of the issue, and therefore her advice saved our dog from a painful and costly surgery that would not have helped. Dr. Window was very compassionate and we can’t thank her enough for her help navigating this difficult moment.

Terrible staff. They don't communicate. They keep you waiting for hours without updates. Went in today and they failed to tell us that had three critical patients ahead of us. Instead, they made us wait 2 hours to tell us that. They did this to charge us an "examination fee". They don't really care about the animals health. They just want to make as much profit as possible. To make things worse they were going to make us wait another 3 to 4 hours for xrays. We decided to take your pet to another hospital, which turned out to be a good idea. This place still charged us for "the examination fee" they are a bunch of vampires. They lack communication skills. The doctor Kayla was useless. This place is a waste of time. SKIP THIS PLACE!

Excellent doctors, excellent care. This place is incredible and have OC's best veterinary doctors, neurologists, and more. They're a life saver and I couldn't be any happier with their exceptional service and care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone in Anaheim or surrounding areas who has a sick doggy or cat. 5-Stars!!!!!

My dog Bella died after being seen at this hospital, and I am completely devastated. Three days earlier, Bella was treated by another veterinarian at the same hospital who performed a procedure to remove fluid around her heart and sent her home. I was advised that hospitalization was recommended, but I could not afford the quoted cost at that time. On Christmas Day, Bella began struggling to breathe again, and I returned to this hospital seeking the same procedure that had previously helped her. I explained my financial limitations and asked whether the same treatment could be done. I was told that sedation and hospitalization would be required, with costs far exceeding what I could afford. When I said I could not afford hospitalization and asked for help, I was told I should try another animal hospital. While transporting Bella to another facility, she passed away. I am heartbroken and left with many unanswered questions. I am currently requesting complete medical records and seeking an independent review to understand whether different decisions could have changed the outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hospital.

If your cat can’t pee…. It’s $5700….or $2,000 just to do a diagnostic….
