We hired Castle Painting & Remodeling to remodel our bathroom and are so glad we did. From the first estimate they were personable and realistic about timing and budget. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and treated our home with respect. They handled the tile work, new vanity, fixtures, and plumbing with care — everything was installed cleanly and finishes look exactly as we discussed. I highly recommend Castle Painting for any home renovation needs! We completely gutted two bathrooms and moved multiple walls. Castle was very attentive to details and even protected high traffic areas, while in construction. We couldn't be happier with the end result!

In December 2024, my husband and I bought a condo. We met with Miguel to discuss changes we wanted, and he said he could be there the day after the closing as we were anxious to move in. And, indeed he was! They got started when promised, but as with any construction project I’ve ever been involved with, it did take longer than originally anticipated. Our experience with Castle, however, was better than any I’ve ever had; over the past 36 years, my husband and I have been involved in two new home builds, and several major renovations. I’ll also note that Castle’s quote was in the same ballpark as two others we got. Castle did a partial bathroom renovation for us, replacing a tub shower combination with a shower only, including a corner seat, niche, and sliding glass door — all tiled. They took our desire to have as low a threshold as possible very seriously. It turned out just beautiful (see photo) -- Edgar is a master! And, in addition to painting the whole condo, they replaced all of the plumbing fixtures and light fixtures, installed an instant hot water dispenser at the kitchen sink, and pretty much anything else we asked them to do. All with a graciousness that was unsurpassed among our all of our experiences. It is notable that when some large blinds were not put back correctly after painting, appearing that at least one mechanism was broken, they took care of it immediately; no questions asked, they just did it when I pointed it out. Alejandra was the project manager. She was caring, clear, and communicative. While she was a primary point of contact, everyone at Castle works as a team. When they say it’s a family experience, it truly is. I waited a while after we moved in to write a review because I wanted to see how everything was working. During my first shower, I couldn’t get the water more than lukewarm. Alejandra sent their best plumber on a Saturday morning to fix it (just an adjustment) and to re-tighten the shower head which was also slightly dripping. We haven’t had to call them about anything else. But if we do, I have complete confidence the issue will be resolved without question or delay. Like other construction companies, they have several projects going on at one time. You will be well advised to be very clear about your expectations and to check in regularly if you haven’t heard anything for a while. I was told (whether true or not 😅) that they appreciated my attention to detail. Lastly, there were absolutely no surprises about the final cost; very refreshing!
