I had a great experience with this cleaning company! I booked a full home cleaning and oven deep clean, and everything turned out amazing. The team was on time, professional, and very thorough. My home looked spotless, and the attention to detail really stood out. The oven was the biggest surprise—they made it look almost brand new! I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.

I've requested a refund of my deposit, and it has not been granted. I scheduled a cleaning for 1pm and was told they were delayed to 3:30pm. I agreed to 3:30pm. I was then told at 4pm that they were delayed again to 6pm and asked if I wanted to reschedule to the morning. I said that I needed to reschedule. The team showed up to the home anyway without me knowing and broke into the home through the back door (I have this on camera). They claimed they completed a "whole home" cleaning which was impossible because the home is a rental property and each individual door is locked. Upon checking the home, even the areas they claimed to clean were still dirty. I asked DJO for a refund of my deposit and I have ordered a cleaning from a different company. Not only is DJO refusing to refund me, they are trying to force me to pay for the cleaning and saying I need to allow them into the home to re-clean. DJO is currently saying it was fine for them to enter the home without me knowing or being there because there was someone in the home who saw them walking around and didn't say anything. I'm managing the property and I'm the only person who could give them access to the whole home and monitor the cleaning. It's very dishonest and shady of them to operate this way. I just want my refund. I would not use this company again.

All I can say is wow and not in a good way. I hired Djo to clean my home and I was so underwhelmed because they missed normal parts of cleaning. Stephanie at the office was very kind and offered to give me a redo for free because she saw the pictures and realized it was very bad. However, even at the redo they missed the same things. They need better training for sure. I’m going to share photos that were taken after it was “cleaned” and you can be the judge for yourself. Mind you my home was clean when they got here. They didn’t have to move anything out of the way all they had to do was deep, clean the bathrooms, baseboards, and floors… Everything else was done! Zoom in on these pictures.
