I was looking forward to this treatment my partner had booked for my birthday as a couple massage. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. We arrived the first days of January which is already freezing to walk in a very very cold room. The massage was done in a room where the heaters were not turned on and we both didn’t enjoy the manage because we were so cold. I was so disappointed to pay 200£ for shaking most of the time. I did tell this to the staff and their reaction was completely unbothered… I don’t recommend the place unfortunately

First time having a massage, absolutely fantastic and feeling great afterwards! Had the lower back yoga spa, therapy, they were accommodating and took the time to understand the source of the pain so they could tailor the massage. A really good experience and 10/10 would recommend!
