For someone who has NEVER been able to keep myself accountable with exercising, this experience has already been so empowering. My first time going, I was struggling to complete any of the exercises and found myself taking multiple water breaks throughout the class. Now, a little over 2 months later, I find myself excited to come to class and am attending 4-6 classes/week. I'm able to push myself a little further, my squats are a few inches lower, and I am able to do reps with heavier weights. All of the times that I've attended class have been great - but the 9am weekday class is my fav! The coaches are super motivating and push me to keep going without making me feel insecure about how much or little I can do and I've made so many new friends from that class! I love the progress that I'm seeing in myself and can't wait to see where I'll be a year from now.
I started my health journey on my own and found myself at a plateau at my one year mark. No matter what I did I wasn’t losing anymore weight. So I decided to search for some help and thats when I came across Castro Valley Fit Body Boot Camp. I am so thankful for the free trial that is offered. I was about to experience the workout and meet the coaches before committing but I was hooked after the first workout. Now I am six months in and over 20lbs down. I just signed up for a full year of training. I am determined and excited for the best results to come. One of the best decision I have made in a long time! I would recommend Castro Valley Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone. Thank you to coach Neil for all your knowledge and support. Thank you coach Row for your guidance through the nutrition challenge and to coach Kristina, it’s motivating to workout along side you.
Update, 2 yrs later: Still going strong and still one of the better environments to workout in. Trust, I've been to many studios/gyms and have not felt a bad vibe. He's added on several new coaches that are just as fun and motivating. Community is coo too! Everyone is pretty friendly and really try to help each other make it through the 30 minute HIIT classes! They also offer yoga and kettle bell classes if you're into that! Come check it out, you won't be disappointed 😄 ....... Trevon is such a fun coach! I don't ever dread coming to a class. He's really good about proper form which I appreciate a whole lot. He's also great at being motivational and pushes me beyond what I think my limits are. I feel a lot stronger because of it. I definitely recommend Fit Body Boot Camp!
All the Coaches here are very welcoming & ready to help you be the best you, you want to be. I have created a second home at this gym and the way I feel after every workout is amazing! I am so grateful for Coach Trevon for creating such an amazing and wonderful environment for everyone! Highly recommend this Location to everyone who is wanting to feel stronger :)
Coach Trevon is amazing! I have been coming since day one. I HATE working out. But Coach T has helped me build my confidence level and actually makes the workouts fun. I look forward to going everyday. The work outs are 30 min. Don't let that fool you though! Coach T makes sure you get your sweat on!! He also make sure you have correct form and posture. He also pays attention to your progression and will challenge you with heavier weights or variations of a move. So the work-outs are tailored to you. I have recommended this place to a few people. They have tried it and signed up too!
