Safety Training Seminars San Leandro gave me exactly what I needed. The instructors were clear, the BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR and first aid sessions were engaging and the hands on practice helped me feel confident. I also took the acls courses and they were great. If happiness had a location on Google maps it would be here.

I like that there was no instructor. It was a stress free way to take the class. The virtual instructor was clear in the instruction. I appreciate that I could do the questions and work with the manikin as many times as needed. I know it took a few times before I got the swing of it. If you get tired take a break and then start again. You could have it your way and take it at your own pace. I did the modules first at home, so I could to do the test with the manikins only. Thank you❤️

Loved how quick and convenient this recertification was! The program is very simple and easy to follow. You get feedback on depth and rate which is really helpful as it allows you to auto adjust with the mannequins. And make sure to use that stepstool with the adult mannequin so that you can be positioned correctly with the chest compressions and take some of the strain off your wrists.The only drawback is that I couldn’t get a really good seal with the Umbu bag on the adult mannequin; so I had to go mouth-to-mouth with respirations. But this was not a problem as there were ample alcohol wipes.

Easy to use. I was nervous to use the VAM as it was my first time doing so, but it was very user friendly! No issues at all and there is info everywhere on what to do.

I had a great experience taking my BLS Renewal for this company. At first I was a bit anxious knowing that there won’t be anyone present during the skills test, but I understood why as soon as I got in the testing room. It was very easy and self-explanatory to be able to do what’s needed; the VAM/Voice Assisted Mannequin and the computer tells and instructs you exactly what you need to do. Tbh, I actually underestimated a bit on how advanced everything was, lol. I also loved how everything was very organized and clean. The online course was also great and made me feel like I actually am renewing my BLS class as opposed to just being lectured by someone and not being able to really/fully “test” my skills in providing high quality CPR. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this company! :)
