I was really disappointed with the grooming service my cat received after dropping her off. I was messaged an Hour later, saying I’d have to pay more because she had additional matting, but you were already shaving Her mats are not so I don’t understand why the price suddenly changed. A flat rate should be a flat rate! It felt really unfair to raise the price while my cat was already in your care. Of course I felt pressured to say yes on top of that. My Persian tail was shaved. There was no reason for that. Her tail could have easily been brushed out. I paid $170 and for that price I expected better care attention to detail brushing out The tail is basic grooming not something that should be skipped. It came across as careless and lazy, especially considering how much I paid overall, I was extremely unsatisfied with the service for anyone considering taking their pet here I would recommend looking elsewhere. My experience did not reflect the quality or professionalism I expected.

Gilza took amazing care of our boy Conway! He's not the greatest about using the litter box properly and I could not keep up with the grooming after a week of him having tummy issues 👀. Gilza was more than happy to clean him up for me. He got a nice bath and a lion cut. He was not thrilled, but he smelled so clean and has a nice fresh start on his fur! Loved getting progress pictures too! So happy with their grooming and wish we weren't moving cuz I would absolutely be back!

I am so happy with the out come of my buddy's lion shave. He is a long hair and gets matted easily. I was given photos with his progress. They are well worth trying out as I will be taking my cat to them for all his grooming needs.

Highly recommend booking an appointment here! They did an amazing job with my kitty Chalupa who is the BIGGEST scaredy-cat ever. I am so thankful for this business helping make his fur more manageable and making him comfortable the entire time. If your cat needs any grooming, look no further and make an appointment asap! This was my first time taking my cats to Gliza just a little over a week ago. I’m honestly amazed by the wonderful job this groomer did with my cats! They were so gentle and patient, as well as keeping me updated during their time with Gliza and it really shows — my cats came back looking, smelling, and feeling so much nicer as well as COMPLETELY DRY. Whatever magic they use kept them calm and comfortable, because the car ride home was surprisingly peaceful instead of the usual agitation. I’m so grateful for their care and will definitely be back!
