Dawn is an exceptional realtor. She was always available and attended the inspection and multiple follow-ups. For example, we were living in the Tri-Cities and she consistently accomodated our schedules during our visits to Spokane to look at homes. Her expertise was invaluable before and during the closing. She noticed several important issues with the homes we were looking at and called them to our attention. We would highly recommend Dawn.

Dawn was absolutely fantastic. We are first time home buyers and she advocated for us every step of the way; tough when she needed to be but a joy to work with. She was extremely responsive at all hours of the day and was always able to get us in ASAP to see the homes we wanted. Between Dawn and her team we were well represented and felt confident in our purchase. And now we are oficially first time homeowners!! 🙌

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Sharon Platz! She helped us buy our newest rental and went above and beyond every step of the way. Her market knowledge, professionalism, and negotiation skills are top-notch. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to purchase our rental for 8% below list price, secure seller concessions after inspection, and she negotiated her own buyer’s agent commission to help make the deal work for us — truly amazing! Sharon was always responsive, extremely friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best deal. If you’re looking for a reliable, dedicated, and experienced real estate agent who will fight for your best interests, we highly recommend Sharon Platz. She made the entire home buying process smooth, stress-free, and successful!

We had the pleasure of working with Adam Greenwalt to sell our house and look for a new home. He is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional, a super hard worker, doesn’t pressure you. He sold our house in days, did touch up work on it, hauled a couch, met interested buyers, marketed it perfectly. He also showed us several houses and was really accommodating. I could not be happier and more impressed with the service, he is a rarity these days. I would not use any other agent after working with Adam. Thank you, all of your hard work is really appreciated!!

I’m in the real estate industry myself, so when my brother-in-law and in-laws were buying homes in Spokane, I did a deep dive to find the best agent in the area. Out of 12 agents I carefully researched, I narrowed the list to three—and after connecting my family with Shannon Bragg, the choice became crystal clear. From start to finish, the experience with Shannon was exceptional. She’s an insanely good listener, deeply relational, and very down to earth, yet at the same time highly skilled and professional. My family absolutely loved working with her and felt supported every step of the way. What sets Shannon apart is not only her ability to connect with people but also the strong team around her that frees her up to focus on delivering an outstanding client experience. She balances warmth and expertise in a way that makes buying or selling a home both enjoyable and successful. I like Shannon so much that I wish she could come down to Boise and work with me and my team here. Spokane is lucky to have her—she’s truly one of the best agents I’ve come across.
