The overall experience was frictionless, reassuring, pain free, and stress free which is exactly what I was looking for as moving can be a stressful occurrence. Overall 5/5 Please see detailed review and ratings below. ****************************** Loading: 11/08/2025 (Virginia) Cavalier Moving loaded the contracted dedicated truck for my move. They arrived on time with a crew of three, and asked pertinent questions before they began to load my items onto the truck. They also informed me of the minimum work time requirement of two hours. I gave the okay and they began work. Loading was performed quickly and professionally. They also deconstructed and loaded my queen size bed frame. Everything was loaded well, and they also went to a nearby secondary site to complete loading without issues. The entire process took about 1.5 hours for my one-bedroom apartment start to finish. It was frictionless, reassuring, and pain free. After loading was completed, they charged the aforementioned two-hour minimum rate plus mileage, and I was given several options to remit payment. I paid with a debit card, there was a 2.75% fee (no fees for cash payment), and I received a physical and email receipt. Not only was the process incredibly simple, but communication was great, the team who came to do the move was wonderful, and all of our furniture/boxes were in perfect condition. These guys were awesome! Travis, Maurice, and Kai were friendly, efficient, and professional. They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. When we asked how else could help, they told us to sit back and relax. These guys made a full day of work take only a few hours. 10/10 would hire again!
