Had a professional cleaning for the first time today with the maid crew and I absolutely loved it! My team was so incredibly thorough ! They took the time to make even my toilet paper look nice, cleaned my cat tower, cleaned little hard to reach areas I wouldn’t have even thought to reach. Super satisfied! I had Savanna’s team and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely be a monthly client now!
The Maid Crew is fantastic! I live in Henrico, Va and I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. I have general cleaning bi-monthly for at least 5 years. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.
We've worked with the Maid Crew in Richmond, VA for recurring house cleaning now for a few months, and they've done an excellent job. They're quick and efficient and considerate of our pets, and the back office does a great job responding quickly to questions. My daughter loves that they arrange all of her stuffed animals on her bed when they clean. It’s a very sweet touch.

I have used Maid’s Crew service for almost a year for monthly maintenance cleaning and they have always done a great job! I recently needed a move-out cleaning for my apartment in Chesterfield VA.
