although I am not the biggest fan of ACGT, Mike Champagne at Cedar Creek helped handle my issues with nothing but professionalism and open ears. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from the company. the course itself is in pretty decent shape and offers a great challenge as well as good views.

This course was better than I anticipated. Most well kept course I’ve been to in San Antonio so far. Staff was nice and it was overall just a good golf experience.

Cedar Creek was a great course to play while we were visiting San Antonio. It’s tucked in among hills and beautiful homes, there’s a lot of sloping fairways, elevated tees, blind dog legs it was wonderful. Challenging yet a blast to play. Would definitely recommend and play again if back this way.

The course overall has held up great since the renovations. There’s a couple spots on the course that are super soggy and muddy, specifically the green side rough on hole 3. Plush grass but super wet, maybe a broken water valve. Also, the sprinklers on hole 12 green came on right as we were coming up to it. This was maybe 3pm so not sure why this happened. And on hole 13 there was trash everywhere. Not sure if this was a golfer’s doing or maintenance crew skipping over it, but thought it could be noted. Greens were burned thin in a couple spots but rolled pretty good for this time of year. Fairways were great all around. Bunkers well maintained.

Cedar Creek was in great shape after recent rainfall. Greens were consistent, not overly fast, but consistent. Staff was amazing. Steve in the Pro Shop was very welcoming and pleasant. Larry was the starter for the day, I enjoyed my conversation prior to teeing up. Danielle on the beverage cart did an excellent job as I saw her 3 times in the first 12 holes. Played in under 4 hours despite having to wait behind other groups. Even saw some gobblers and a few hawks out. Today was a good day to be at Cedar!
